Currently, even if you make the same mistake in an experimental exam, you will not be able to get a license. But in the new rule for driving license, different stages of the trial are given different marks and if you bring 70 marks, you will be eligible to get a driving license in Nepal.

That is, even if you make a simple mistake, you should not be deprived of getting a license. Director-General of the Department of Transport Management Namaraj Ghimire said that preparations are underway to implement the new rule for driving license.

As per the new guideline, the department has started to make public the collection of 500 objective questions for the examination. The department has made public the question papers to be asked in the written examination for the licenses of ‘A’ and ‘T’ class motorcycles, scooters and mopeds as well as ‘B’ class cars, jeeps and delivery vans.

20 objective multiple answer questions will be asked from the same collection. A minimum of 70 marks is required to pass the 30-minute exam.
