The metropolitan traffic department has started the arrangement of traffic fine online pay. The fines to the drivers online for violating the traffic rules from today.
The department has developed software so that the fines for violating traffic rules can be paid online.

The Traffic Violation Record System (TVRS) of the Traffic Division, the Revenue Management Information System (RIMS) of the Government of Nepal and the service providers have been linked and the system has been developed to pay fines in real time through the respective bank account, said Janak Bhattarai, Senior Superintendent of Police.
This will reduce traffic congestion and save time.In the presence of the representatives of service provider company eSewa Fon Pay Pvt. Ltd. and Nepal Clearing House Ltd. (Connect IPS), the agreement was handed over to SSP Bhattarai.The agreement was signed by Roshan Lamichhane, Chief Operations Officer on behalf of eSEWA and Nileshman Singh Pradhan, Chief Executive Officer on behalf of Connect IPS.
Procedure of Traffic fine online pay.
Open your eSewa App or Login your connect IPS.
Go to government Popular Service.
Click Traffic Police Fine Payment.
Enter your chit Number and Fiscal Year
After that you will get details and fine amount .
Click proceed . That’s all .
The payment made in this way is deposited directly in the designated bank of the branch and the details of the payment are also sent to the traffic system.
As soon as the traffic fines are paid online, the service recipients are no longer obliged to go to the bank branch and deposit the fines.
