Nepal Telecom free SIM to Senior Citizens: Nepal Telecom is going to distribute free SIM to senior citizens of people above 60 years of age. International Senior Citizens’ Day, which is being celebrated globally on October 1. On this occasion, Nepal Telecom will provide free SIM to senior citizens across the country as a mark of respect.

SIM will be provided to the citizens above 60 years of age from 15th September to 25th September. With such a balance of Rs 10 balance, 40 minutes of talk time, 20 SMS, and 60 MB of data will be available for free.

Which will be valid for one month. Senior citizens will be able to use this facility from the counters of Nepal Telecom offices across the country.

For this, a copy of passport size photo, identity, and age certificate (details like citizenship certificate or identity card of senior citizen) should be attached. It is expected that the facility of free SIM provided by Nepal Telecom to senior citizens across the country under its corporate social responsibility will help in bringing access to telecommunication and information technology.

1-hour call at Rs 6

Under the day pack, you can get a separate package for voice and data usage for Rs.6 Under this, you can make 60 minutes of calls or use 36 MB of data from 6 in the morning to 6 in the evening for Rs.6.

Missed call alert (MCA)

(MCA) The service will notify you via SMS when the customer’s number is busy, when there is no network and when someone’s call is switched off. There is a monthly fee of Rs 6 for this service. The duration of this facility will be 30 days. To avail of this facility, you need to dial *1400#.

1-hour unlimited pack

Under this pack, Nepal Telecom customers in the company’s network will be able to use unlimited voice, SMS and data continuously for 1 hour after activating the pack at Rs 18.

SMS Pack

Nepal Telecom SMS pack can be used on GSM prepaid/postpaid mobiles. Under this pack, 20 SMS and an additional 25 percent bonus SMS have been provided for one day at Rs 5. Thus, 70 SMS can be used for 7 days at Rs 15 and 300 SMS can be used for 28 days at Rs 60 and an additional 25 percent bonus SMS has been provided.

Night time voice pack

Under GSM prepaid / postpaid mobile, under Night-Time Voice Pack, you can make 30 minutes for 1 day at Rs 5, unlimited time for 1 day at Rs 12, 240 minutes for 7 days at Rs 25, and 1100 minutes for 28 days at Rs 100. The pack can be used only within the company’s network from 10 pm to 6 am.

All-time social media data pack

Under the All-Time Social Media Data Pack, social networks like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Twitter will be available. It will also have an additional 50 percent bonus data.

Including additional bonus, 30 MB data will be available for 1 day at Rs 5, 135 MB data for 7 days at Rs 25 and 675 MB data for 28 days at Rs 100. Similarly, 1500 MB of data will be available for a period of 28 days at Rs.200
