According to Twitter, the application process for verification started on Thursday. Also, it will roll out completely in a few weeks all over the world.

Twitter has changed the rules of authentication

How to apply Twitter Verification?

• You can apply Twitter account verification from the Twitter app and the account settings on Twitter’s website.
• Click on the three-dotted icon.
• Now go to Settings and Privacy.
• Go to your account and scroll down to Account Information and tap on Verification Request. Click on Start Request there.
• Fill in the required details and submit.
• Twitter will then notify you via email if your account has been verified. If your account is not verified, you can apply for verification again after 30 days through the same process.

Twitter also checks the user’s behavior on social media before approving the verification. They will ensure that the user does not post any objectionable posts on Twitter or anywhere else, which proves the superiority of the particular organization.
