Ncell Axiata Limited has launched Ncell’s new website with more attractive service facilities for their customers. Customers can now easily avail services like voice pack, data pack purchase, online recharge from the website. Ncell has stated that this new website can be used as a web app on smartphones to take advantage of the various features available.

The new website, launched with the aim of further refining customer service, is part of Ncell’s digital campaign. Under this, Ncell has launched a new version of the self care app Ncell app with various service features.

Attractive offers with up to 100 percent additional volume are also included in the purchase of the pack for the customers who purchase the pack from the new website. During the Corona epidemic, customers can purchase the services they need from home through the website, Ncell said.

Under the special offer, customers can take advantage of 150 MB to 2 GB of bonus data on the purchase of packs through the website. Bonus can be availed in 1-day pack (Rs. 18), 7-day pack (Rs. 98), 14-day pack (Rs. 139).

Similarly, under Triple Fun, there is a plan of bonus data from 0.5 GB to 0.75 GB in a 7-day pack (Rs. 109), a 10-day pack (Rs. 147), and a 30-day pack (Rs. 459). Similarly, customers will get double data in some packs and three times more day data when they buy Always-On Data Pack, Ncell said.

Keeping in mind the convenience of the customers, the Nepali version of the new website will also be made public soon.

Customers will also be able to take advantage of various special offers available when purchasing services from the new website under the ongoing online happiness campaign. Ncell has stated that these offers have been brought with the objective of making it easier for the customers to do office work and take online classes at home in the current difficult times.
