You can transfer NTC prepaid mobile balance in two ways using Telecom’s USSD code and app. If you want to transfer balance through USSD, then type the security code after *422* (which is obtained when purchasing SIM card) and then type ‘‘, type the number to be sent to the balance and type ‘‘ again to type the balance amount. Call with # ‘. After doing so, your prepaid balance is transferred instantly. for example: *422*12345678*9841……*100#

How to get the Security Code of NTC

If you do not know the security code of your mobile number then you can easily get your security code by following the steps below.

• Go to the message box and type SCODE and send it to 1415.
• After that you’ll get an SMS from 1415 “Dear customer, your password is being reset.
• Then after 1 min, you’ll get your 8 digit Security.

Go inside and type the phone number to get the balance. Then also mention the balance amount you want to transfer.

Then tap OK and wait for the OTP code. Once you have received the OTP code, enter it and tap on Validate OTP. After doing so, your balance is successfully transferred.

• Dial * 400 # to know the balance of the mobile.
• Dial * 9 # to know your mobile number.
• Dial * 922 # to find out whose mobile number is in whose name. (Use only mobile number registered in your name)
• To forward the call dial ** 21 * 98xxxxxxxx (the number you want to forward) #.
• Dial ## 002 # to cancel call forward.
• Dial * 43 # to activate the Call Waiting service.
• Dial # 43 # to cancel the Call Waiting service.
• To start the Friends and Family (FNF) service on mobile, first text FNFSUB * 98XXXXXXXX to 1415 and to add 4 other numbers, text FNFADD * 98XXXXXXXX to 1415.
• To transfer balance from prepaid mobile to another number dial * 422 * SECURITY CODE * 98XXXXXXXX * Rs .. #.
• Log in to HTTP://gsmbl.ntc.net.np to view your postpaid mobile and landline telephone monthly bill, balance, advance amount, etc. Can be viewed by number.
• To get the Security Code of your mobile number, text SCODE, and PUK to get the PUK Code and send an SMS to 1415.
• Dial #331*0000# to add ISD facility to postpaid mobile and dial *331*0000# to remove the feature.
• Call *1415# to know new offer related to data pack and voice pack.
• Dial * 1415*1#to purchase Data Pack and *1415*4# to purchase Voice Pack.
• Know the rest of the data and voice pack dial *1415*5#.
• To keep CRBT on mobile, dial *1455# and follow the instructions given or if you have CRBT Code, write SUB space CRBT Code and SMS to 1455.
• Remove CRBT on mobile, text UNSUB to 1455 or dial *1455# and send *, then send 8 and finally 1 to confirm.
• To activate the Namaste CREDIT service – it happens automatically and to stop the Namaste CREDIT service, text STOP and send an SMS to 1477.
• To activate Missed Call Alert (MCA) service, dial *1400# or text sub mca to 1400.
• To stop the Missed Call Alert (MCA) service, text unsub mca to 1400.
• Call CB *065XXXXXX (Full T.N.) to know the amount of landline telephone bill due. SMS to 1415. Due Amount is the amount to be paid.
• To know the last date of ADSL, write VL *NTADSL065XXXXXX (full telephone number) and SMS to 1415.
• To know the balance of ADSL, write BL *NTADSL065XXXXXX (full telephone number) and send an SMS to 1415.
• Call 197 for Nepal Telecom’s Number Inquiry service.
• Call 1498 for Nepal Telecom’s mobile customer service.
• Call 198 for landline telephone maintenance.
• Download and register for NEPAL TELECOM (Nepal Telecom’s official application) mobile to get information about various services of Nepal Telecom and to get balance and remaining data information.
